The salary structure of our organization is not optimized for employee's good. With compare to all other, here income tax are more and can be reduced with in income tax law.

company general policies is excellent , work culture is good but it depends upon the site to site .

luckily my all team mates are excellent , all policies are excellent , need to focus on salary with experience not only always rating .

Company motivates employees to attain global benchmarks and leadership technologies by providing an opportunity to learn through various trainings/ classroom programs for their growth. Company gives more focus on every employees growth by providing an excellent working environment and freedom to implement innovative technologies. Company's health and insurance policies are excellent and it is more employee friendly. Company also gives more focus on women leaders and ensures that the work life balance is highly achieved.

Dislikes

Employees compensation and benefits are not par with industry standards. compensation policy is not clear. working hours are more and work pressure is high on sometimes. Company should focus on employee ergonomics and recreational activities.

Firstly the L&T Transportation Infrastructure policy towards to nation building , employee welfare is excellent. The work culture is very homely and timely company identifies the skill update needs of employees and conduct various training to meet the market standards. I have been working from last 10 years after joining as a trainee in this organization and job security is at its best in industry. As a market leading organization our company makes its full efforts to do the best for society , nation building works and its commitment towards Health , safety and quality is the best thing a employee can be proud of.

The compensation is decent but can be revised with current market growth. And need to recognize " work integrated program certification" as educational qualifications.

The company ensures timely payment of salary, has a robust management system and policies, focuses more on the staff welfare and facilities, enhance the knowledge and capacity of the employees by means of regular training and development, employee personal and family development, imparts training on financial management, and has a good work culture.

More process oriented culture needs to be imbibed.
