...spect of junior's values from higher management (not in all cases but mostly) 2. Poor salary increments (even less than inflation rates) 3. Mostly tasks are not exciting because of service industry 4. Some managers have bossy nature (ex. My manager gave me only two days leave and that too for my own marriage)

People around you are more helpful than the so called HR DEPARTMENT, teams are one of the biggest support systems as a hard fact to be told.

The IT department is too lazy n the HR is bit non responsive at times, compensation against the work is way too off.

Projects are pick and place work mostly. Hikes and salary are not appropriable, Company culture also not much expected one. Just brand things are with L&T but no benefits when compared to other MNC.

Nothing to like here, they don't care about you. The company just want it's billing, and they will move to bench if they don't want you. STAY AWAY

Dislikes

Everything from management to promotion to salary compensation. This company makes you work for 9.5 hours and sees you as just a slave. They even keep offices on Saturday if due to some reason a working day got announced as leave. Just like private school There is not a day I don't regret joining this company.
