I started here as a Trainee and i agree it’s been a great experience till now. Flexibility for work helped me to start my Graduation and it’s very good work life balance.

...hings to learn. - Management is not good in giving promotions and increments. - Disappointed in current years increments and salary hikes.

Have to think. There are certain but very minimum.

List lambi hai.. 1. No work life balance. 2. No salary Growth. 3. You have to work like a fresher even you have been made project lead. 4. Seniors collegous are too much interested about your personal life. 5. You can't take leaves, properly. 6. Company has given 24 leaves per year, but manager only allows to take 12 in a year.

Learnings depends on the team you work with. I have in a Automation team. So, i learnt a lot about real world applications of python and tool automation with Python. Some of my friends worked in testing team, where they haven't learnt much

Dislikes

Salary, bonus, hike and extra perks are very low. During pandemic, when we asked for Broadband connection, the answer our Delivery Head gave was very rude. Some Managers are really annoying. They always want to save costs and don't care much about Employees satisfaction. If you have to work in a Transportation related team, it's better if you reject immediately.

...ast year with so many tech giants but what it gives to its employees is peanuts. No incentives, no compensation and absolutely no growth.

The leadership team will always give you multiple platforms to connect with them. They are very much optimistic about the company future in the near years.

Dislikes

...ulture more optimised. But when they will realise is a matter of big question. Encouragement for good works you can expect but goodies and bonus you can't except over here.
