Poor management . Very toxic culture , your managers are favourable only to Gujuratis. Managers are not technical sound , know only politics to get promotion. Very bad culture . When you come out from international site , they don’t even give you time to wrap it up your household stuff once project is closed. Can’t improve much skill in this service industry.

... I suggest not to join their team if you join with their team than you are gone. No training is provided to the startups and no salary approvals are given by them. They delay salary of their team members. All work done by the deserving people though no credit is given by the manager. Manager Mrs. Sonal Vazirani only gives credit to her favourite hiring manager Mrs. Namrata Thakkar though all the work is done by the other deserving employee. The worst work culture and worst managers I have ever seen and worked of. No support given by them to the team members who have joined newly. They force you to take a leave if you are not well also and though you have taken work from home with the manager's permission. I give 0/10 ratings to the HR - RMG team vadodara of Plant Engineering. They force you to take a resign and not to work as a team by mentally abusing on the daily basis. I have worked for four months recently left the job but these four months were the worst days ever in such a big company.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...itized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.

... 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't get salary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Now it is affecting my profile as I am forced to leave the company. Please don't join L&T as they don't have any project and there is hiring scam going on in L&T. 3. They also have sandwich policy
