I worked here almost 3 years. So atleast I can say about this company. Usually I don't do reviews anywhere but here I want to safe few friends and New people careers. You don't get correct opportunity here. Ok forgot about careers but basic salary also I didn't get after 3 years my salary was 3-4% increased though I was loyal to company. I worked hard and I got max ratings as well. It happed not only to me. my colleague also gone through same situation. There is no job security. They fired 5 rating employees during Covid time cause want to generate company revenue. If u have other offer plz plz consider. U may feel this is big organization I have to join. I was same impression when I joined. Everything what I wrote here I have seen on my eyes. No much onsite opportunities. You have to work here min 3 years for onsite. Finally I left this company happily and Don't even think about team outings and bonus 😁

Salary is paid consistently and it’s good for one who is looking for job security

We work for living but they expect you to live for working, hope everyone understand that. There is no work life balance at all and no good learning opportunities even if you are talented enough you will not be given with other work opportunities until and unless you complete your current project. No one understands our concerns be the HR or Manager.

...d no ethics. No growth and No new opportunities once a old project get closed. I was having 4+ years of experience but L&T HR given me 5 LPA salary to save money. No job security because here Employees are getting fired continuously. They won't care, whether we are Full Time Employee or Contractors. Here No proper support and No professionals HRs and Project Managers.

I worked at client location, which makes my relationship with LnT restricted to compensation and benefits. Nothing to comment.

Dislikes

No appreciation for work. No hikes. When you cross few years in LnT, you will realise that your salary is far below market value, while comparing with employees in other companies.

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. No skill development No work satisfaction Worst company culture. No job security No proper leaves People are
