... 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't get salary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Now it is affecting my profile as I am forced to leave the company. Please don't join L&T as they don't have any project and there is hiring scam going on in L&T. 3. They also have sandwich policy

Poor management . Very toxic culture , your managers are favourable only to Gujuratis. Managers are not technical sound , know only politics to get promotion. Very bad culture . When you come out from international site , they don’t even give you time to wrap it up your household stuff once project is closed. Can’t improve much skill in this service industry.

Salary and promotion expectations is very low ...past 3 years they have given only max 5 % if you are getting rating 5 . Partiality and lots of politics at top level management....

...to get anything done which might not even be your responsibility, to begin with. I know from many new employees that HR & Accounting had promised them a certain amount in compensation (relocation, joining bonus, etc) but then created problems to pay out that money. They will take their sweet time giving you your money. I once asked to be given a laptop as I have to attend meetings as late as 10 pm which I would like to do from home (so that I can at least have dinner on time) the IT team told me that they are short of laptops even though new employees get laptops the people who have shown loyalty to this company are shunned I had to travel for work (international) and there too if I faced any problem the HR team never really responded to resolve any issue without me emailing and calling them relentlessly. They will not arrange and pick up or help you in arranging any accommodation for your stay. you will have to do all of that and pay it out of your own pocket. The only thing they will arrange is the Air or Rail tickets rest is all your problem 3) Poor increments and promotions - I have, for many years been getting extremely good ratings and have received multiple promotions but I have not seen any significant rise in my salary, even after working for more than the required hours (without overtime) and getting good feedback from my client and manager they did not give me a good raise. They promoted me with a 2% increment which in my humble opinion is a JOKE! 4) No standardization of work processes - This one is pretty self-explanatory. You would think that once you join LTTS and are moved from one project to another their method of executing a project would be the same or at least similar if the project type is the same, rite? well think again. each account (client project) is run so differently that when you shift projects you will feel that you have switched companies. Also, there is no clear demarcation of who is responsible for what. let me give you an example. there is a constant issue of less server space now there is no single person who has the authority that can fix this problem and in the end, you will be asked to do something about it, even if you are a base-level employee. 5) Below-average perks - This one is kind of a tricky one to explain, things like medi-claim, and other benefits are below normal market standards. smaller companies offer better perks to their employees than a giant like LTTS.
