Bench policy and notice period policy. CTC is included with variable pay. Instead of affecting the variable paybfuring bench period, LTTS formulated a policy that automatically your job will be terminated after having no project opportunities within 3 months of your bench time. And adding to that if you serve bench time for 3 month the last third month will be a virtual bench which means you are not eligible to get that month salary. Because of this how can anyone be secured about their job during the tough market Times in LTTS.

I was happy i had the work i liked.

Company culture is pathetic than a start up. They start deducting complete salary when they don't have sufficient projects. Promotions are based on Top Manager's favorite your manager recommendations and your performance doesn't matter at all.

Yearly increment 1 to 3 %, Variable Pay is not fully paid, resources whoever available will be provided for work irrespective of skills required in the project. Management is hopeless. No future of career growth

If you are thinking to stay long term in this organization and you are able to prove yourself as the liable to your immediate supervisor, then you may get some overseas opportunities in exploring your skillsets and knowledge more as well as will be able to earn handsome remuneration.
