No financial growth within company. Manager oriented feedback system from superiors only . No feedback is taken from juniors about managers even they are bad and unprofessional sometimes. Job security is there until you are good with your manager.

L& T has his own brand name in market, work culture vary depend in which group you are working , company transforming & moving in next level .Hope it will keep old bonding & social structure during this process . Innovation with engineering is a first step.

Company is moving very fast in market , career growth is their but with less salary hike.

They willgive good pay when youjoin, but after that dont expext any serious hike/promotion even after getting first rating from management. The hike rate is very very low (approx Rs500-1k/m)

Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

Salary benefits is good but hike is matter of concern. Learning opportunities. Work location. Flexible timing

Appraisal is a big concern, project uncertainty, work life balance very bad, no cab facilities for shift and working environment
