If you are an Engineer with stuff you will like so much that compensation will play secondary. You will enjoy the culture with the technical team around you always and see everything in the perspective of an " ENGINEER". The real buzzword in the state of art technology arena is "Imagineering" which is so relevent at present.

If you do not have stuff or capability then you will dislike few things which can happen any time.

Salary is paid consistently and it’s good for one who is looking for job security

We work for living but they expect you to live for working, hope everyone understand that. There is no work life balance at all and no good learning opportunities even if you are talented enough you will not be given with other work opportunities until and unless you complete your current project. No one understands our concerns be the HR or Manager.

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

Dislikes

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. No skill development No work satisfaction Worst company culture. No job security No proper leaves People are

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...itized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.
