compensation is poor and growth is slow. work pressure is too high. Many times you have been given work load of 2-3 people. Mangers have no clue about work load, how to balance or even appriate the work done.

...rity No promotion Every month you will be asked to join at different location. In LTTS Pune there is no job opportunity HR management is poor No transportation facility There is no Project in LTTS Pune You will be asked to join early and then they will put you on bench Loss of pay after 2 months of bench period. If you want to avoid loss of pay you have to change your location from Pune to Bangalore to Hyderabad to Chennai to anywhere.

Very bad promotions and salary hikes Even if you are a top performer it doesn't matter much when it comes to salary hikes, specially for freshers.
