No proper SOP's to work. Managers are very rude, compensation benefits are very low compared to outside standards. No one cares about employee satisfaction. System is not well maintained, everything has to be done manually.

Only salary comes on time .

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

They are paying salary on time and its mediclaim is really good.

Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.
