...C of 4 LPA. And when I left the company after 3 years my CTC was still the same. Apart from the worst compensation structure, there is no learning for an individual because they have fixed clients and the work scope is also restricted. As if the clients are giving the worst jobs to the organisation to perform which can be performed by a high school graduate top. No need of undergraduate for that. Nothing can go worse for you than staying with the organisation as it’s will provide you no monetary or personal or skill growth.

Dislikes

Company should improve the compensation of the employees. There is a lot of politics involved at regional offices. They only give preference to the local candidates as they will stay longer. Manager level needs to be replaced as they are not helping the junior level to grow. There is no motivation given to people who want to learn more and grow apart from their said work.

The only thing you get is on time salary. Brand value. Monday to Friday working..

The company is not as per the brand value coming to the following points. 1. Salary structure: Fresher is having more salary then a 4 year experience employee. There is no band according to the years of experience.. 2. Hikes: It depends on your Team performance & your Rating. But rating will not at all dependents upon your performance. It will only depends on how good you are in 👅. 3. Work is too worst: Even a 12 passed out can do it.. No need of graduate... 4. Career growth: If you have entered the company with 70 percent of knowledge. definitely you will reach the knowledge level of 20 to 30 percent. 5. Management skills of Project Managers. People who joined as freshers will do the same job of job of 20 years candidates. The managers will not have any good managing skills. 6. Internal politics: These are the worse part. Experienced people without any good knowledge on relevent work will guide the teams.. Just because, there is someone in the top management. 7. Work life balance: No timings to work. it may sometimes happen.. 12 to 16 Hrs also. 8. Workplace location development: Not available in locations like Pune. 9. HRs are the worst one to talk about: The response of them are too irritating.
