HIKES!! HORRIBLE. Hardly any hikes are there. I stayed here for more than 4 years the salary went from 4 to 5lpa. The hike can be as less as Rs100. The higher management feels as if they are giving hike out of their own pocket.

Work their employees worse than labours. very less salary, terrible work life balance, Imagine we spent 2 days in office someitmes. mostly no weekend off, 14 hour work everyday. Cheap management

They are paying salary on time and its mediclaim is really good.

Dislikes

Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

How to handle notice period and repay relocation allowance & joining Bonus agreement
I am joined my current organization on 13 May 2024 now i get a offer from another company and they want i join before 20th Apr 2025(90 days' notice period). But if i leave current company before 1 year i need to repay all relocation allowance and joining Bonus. How i Tackle this situation ? any one who face same situation can help me
