... 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't get salary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Now it is affecting my profile as I am forced to leave the company. Please don't join L&T as they don't have any project and there is hiring scam going on in L&T. 3. They also have sandwich policy

This is the worst company to work The mangement is the worst there is no job security at all and the work culture is toxic and there will be no projects And the mangers will make us resign by ourself

Pay Always management will see to down grade the employee benifits such as deputation allowance, Over time & comp offs etc... Personally I got an hike of 400 Rs per month...

L&T is only good in infra not in software field as low salary, low motivation, no employees care, sudden bad decision

Dislikes

Very bad disappointed and bad experience I had in L&T. They will not care for there employees at all suddenly they take some decision and will force you to follow it even if it Bothering to your family.
