As L&T there is lot to learn and employee do learn from the company. Job security is not good higher ups are not bothered of lower order development. Had done lot of good work but was never recognized as the bosses are very biased. No HR policy to contain such practices. Its all about threat they offer to throw the employee out. Terrible bosses with poor organizational setup. Brand L&T is what employee wants to stick to.

Dislikes

...s the boss was bad he never recognized my work and was biased towards his group. They have very rude policy of paycheck they keep half amount of pay as PLR and retention and letter say the performance is bad so will not give. This policy simply brings burden on the employee and family commitments. HR never checks the fair practice of the KRA they simply go by the business head decision. There is no guarantee that even if you perform your efforts reap the benefits. All in all the policy setup by the management has flaws they should be willing to accept and rectify it. No employee leaves the company they leave because of bad bosses.

1. Corporate guidelines and discipline is followed. 2. Good communication and support received intra-department-wise. 3. Seniors and fellow colleagues are very knowledgeable, new things to learn and execute everyday. 4. Projects are vast and one of a kind. 5. Employees taken care when in distress.

Dislikes

...o etiquette to drop a message or call back. Therefore works are kept in hold. 3. Salary is less as compared to market.

Likes

1. Work timings are good. Work life balance. 2. Supporting colleagues. 3. Motivating seniors.

Dislikes

1. Saturdays working (1,3,5) 2. Lower pay scale as compared with industry standards 3. Leave policy is very rigid.

Likes

They supported us very well till June 2020. We were paid full salary. All of sudden in July everyone from third party contract people started getting calls from H.R to resign from company. I really can't understand this process , you would have deduct some part of salary till 4-5 months right . This is not done atleast from L&T Realty. Firing people is not a solution .

Dislikes

For contract people bus service is not there. No job security.

Overall good working environment, supportive management,work life balance,food facilities,good working culture

Dislikes

Low pay as per market standard but it compensate by facility provided by company & work life balance
