Ok good place to know many systems and expert ideas from experts. Also job secure in pandemic and salary not impacted.

Dislikes

Need lot of improvement in job timing hectic job life. Rest is not there. Weekly off nit there. Senior management silent on site issues. Food and transportation for project site related is bad. Need more improvement in employee welfare and health and comfort.

Very Good Work Culture, Lot of focus on training and development, Focus on digitization of process and work life balance

Salary structure and annual PMS is not as per industry practice. Annual component is very high. Opportunity should be provided within L&T.

Job security is high, lot of options for self development, freedom to work, work life balance is good, high exposure

Culture needs drastic improvement, Policies are based on conventional mindset, need to review and modify, compensation not at par with the market

...they are in your team. Company policies are good, but not implemented on ground. Career and salary hike depends on your relationship with higher ups.

There is politics and no one want to get out of this. Career growth seems to be stopped from last 04 to 05 years.

Good company to work as it follows the policies, management is supportive. Job security is the biggest thing as it retained it's employees during the tough times of Covid-19

Career growth is slow. Politics is the pathetic thing in the company.
