They provide food and free transportation. For bachelors and those away from family they provide accomodation also at nominal rates which is quite unique compared to other companies. So overall expenses can be reduced.

...employees. Notice period is 3 months which is too long. No team building events. Salary break up is very strange and basic pay too low compared to salary due to which employee need to pay more income tax.
