In LnT Hydrocarbon people (in quality) have the freedom to explore himself, implement new thing and upgrade himself by learning and practical application. I forgot to mention that my top management had sanctioned me an urgent leave of one month with an one day notice period for which I will be always thankful to them.

...or company policy, it is up to your luck, no company has any contribution in it. Compensation system is very good specially medical reimbursement. Good innovation towards work and company's benefit (but with the cost of safety and quality) is always appreciated by seniors.

Company has many projects in bag so, there is job security and you will be loaded with work all the time so you can keep your skills intact.

Salary range is on lower side than current market conditions. You will end up paying more taxes as fuel reimbursement policy is not that good.

Dont join L&T Finance, very low Salary, work life balance, 90 hr work, 4% yearly increment, lots of diffraction in increment cycle as per top to low management. I advise pls don't join
