Dont join L&T Finance, very low Salary, work life balance, 90 hr work, 4% yearly increment, lots of diffraction in increment cycle as per top to low management. I advise pls don't join

Infrastructure and the goodwill the name has.

Dislikes

1)Company not wiling to adapt to 5days workings. 2)Basic salary is very less. So the PF component is also way to less. 3)Not the right place for working mothers/single parents as one is expected to stretch beyond office hours on a daily basis failing which the Head HR ensures you get low rating/ you are sidelined and not given any work.

Timely payment, i.e. on or before 28th of every month.

Dislikes

Compensation is okay, but the growth is very slow. We have to spend the time 14-18hrs. per day. The work load is very high. Staff appointments are FTC (fixed time contract) basis and keeping prolong with out confirmation and terminating the staff if projects are not there. There is no training for FTC carder staff.

Company has many projects in bag so, there is job security and you will be loaded with work all the time so you can keep your skills intact.

Dislikes

Salary range is on lower side than current market conditions. You will end up paying more taxes as fuel reimbursement policy is not that good.
