There is no work life balance in the organization.the top organization wants the employees expect the dedication to the company by spending more time in the company minimum 15hrs in the work site.

Dislikes

Employees vital needs to be clearly identified by periodical interactions. Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and not satisfactory which management need to focus. Digitalized platforms are not reaching to all Employees effectively.

Companies policy, freedom to work, transparency is maintained, system and process is followed, good work culture as all are staff are valued in the system without any discriminations

...your appraisal will be very less compared to the one who joined L&T as GET/PGET. There will be always partiality in salary between lateral and candidates who joined as freshers.
