...your appraisal will be very less compared to the one who joined L&T as GET/PGET. There will be always partiality in salary between lateral and candidates who joined as freshers.

There is no work life balance in the organization.the top organization wants the employees expect the dedication to the company by spending more time in the company minimum 15hrs in the work site.
