Only on time salary apart this nothing is more even after appraisal also they will increase basic but in deduct in other allowance.

Dislikes

Working culture is totally apenthic including HR no entertainment & all, daily clashes with customers due to companies online services etc,.

Good team mates and training also, but job security is not good. As per my 3 years working period experience salary and appraisal is average but not satisfied.work environment is good but some senior level people making politics. My overall experience is best with L&T .

...k my company because teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.compnay policies are very good,they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is bond of 2year before which tuu you can't resign ..on the job training is not given to new joinees

The company and its teammates are good,supportive and caring in nature.I learned a lot in last 2 years and its salary its not attractive but its incentive is huge, work environment is very satisfied.

I dislike in L&T finance that there is no job security and no new things learning.

The work culture is dramatically different from before after the Leadership change. It’s all about work life balance and flexibility now.

Dislikes

While the work culture has improved there’s now a decline in opportunities for salary growth and promotions.
