...k my company because teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.compnay policies are very good,they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is bond of 2year before which tuu you can't resign ..on the job training is not given to new joinees

... step service.They are provide month on month refresh training its very usefull.salary is perfectly given by us.learn lot of things on operations and system works.

Incentives are not comfort for anyone.Travel conveyence is not provided it is basic.

The company and its teammates are good,supportive and caring in nature.I learned a lot in last 2 years and its salary its not attractive but its incentive is huge, work environment is very satisfied.

I dislike in L&T finance that there is no job security and no new things learning.

The work culture is dramatically different from before after the Leadership change. It’s all about work life balance and flexibility now.

While the work culture has improved there’s now a decline in opportunities for salary growth and promotions.

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.
