Salary is lower than industry standard. Appraisal process is opaque and one wouldn't know how the rating was done and why you got a particular rating.

...k my company because teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.compnay policies are very good,they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is bond of 2year before which tuu you can't resign ..on the job training is not given to new joinees

The company and its teammates are good,supportive and caring in nature.I learned a lot in last 2 years and its salary its not attractive but its incentive is huge, work environment is very satisfied.

I dislike in L&T finance that there is no job security and no new things learning.

This company has adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of this team .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but sometimes work imbalance is shown. Government Holidays are not recognize here as holiday. So I slightly disappointed with this policy.
