Worst Management. No Hr policy. Senior manager think that it is their father company, Specialy in Bihar and Jharkhand. Never joined this organization. Biased management.

There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is depend on your boss .

The company maintains Low pressure Working zone with Good management I love that i am workig with this company who have a great customer centricity and also have respective zone for all staff this is a great experience for me to develop my skills my keys features and my personality as well as my working ability I have full rights to do my work as my condition and it needs approval its comes so fast in this company for all colleagues have a friendly atmosphere and relationship too

Opportunities for Internal growth is very slow and also hike for salary is very low workplace or fields are less like we only fund for single product but in market so many products available for funding manager do not value an individuals unique strength it's because after a good work there is no appreciation and no loyalty for employees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The work culture is dramatically different from before after the Leadership change. It’s all about work life balance and flexibility now.

While the work culture has improved there’s now a decline in opportunities for salary growth and promotions.

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.
