Monotonous work environment, Subjective appraisal framework and compensation disparity. Heaven only for early stage senior employees. High level of internal politics even at lower levels. No performance linked growth Fixed entry time (9:30 am) but no fixed departure time

This is a very good company. Company culture is also good and all co-workers are very helpful and 24 hour salary system is also very good.And the company has a very good health policy

The company is good but the salary is not right as per the time, it is very less and neither is the incentive structure right

Some kind of aggressive mentors monitoring, It's too worst to face and use some salary to work comparision words continue revert by supervisor and superior officials

Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.

...ated people to save their job. If you complaints, you will be their next target. Mandatory yearly bonus is a part of your salary. Actually its not given. Always cutting your incentives.
