Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company

There is a lot of plolitices and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career grouth is slow there is a beautiful ND of 5 years before which 4th of cannot resign on the job

Basically company brand only market value.. But work culture is not good as below mentioned dislike of L&T 1, No Employee benefits and Secure 2, Company didn't work flexible time 3,No leaves and holidays in month Employees should work every day 4,Working hour not sign its 6:30am to 3:30pm this time none of the employee can't work its mentally torched by supervisors 5,forcefully working and they are not accepted employee genuine reasons Do totally its shows their bad working culture
