They like personal vanchens only.The company like employees benefits, but the reporting manager are don't care about employees benefits.communication lag in hr and employees, hr support only Regional manager concern about employees.No benifits for work this. Worst Management. No Hr policy. Senior manager think that it is their father company, Specialy in Bihar and Jharkhand. Never joined this organization. Biased management.
