Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.

...ated people to save their job. If you complaints, you will be their next target. Mandatory yearly bonus is a part of your salary. Actually its not given. Always cutting your incentives.

When I was working in L&T finance I was feeling very good, I got promotion and salary benefits

I am telling you what happened to me, low level bosses make us work as per their wish, why is it not wrong, on small matters they tell us to resign.

Ok ok , some of the bosses were good and company has good salary package structure against its competition

Targets get too much demanding in short period of time.Proper training should be given by trainer in hotels to relax the employees. HR activities should be increased

If you work well the company give quik promotion and good salary, Company s salary good but , benifits very worst

Hr benifits very worst, the higher or reporting manager are very worst people most. They like personal vanchens only.The company like employees benefits, but the reporting manager are don't care about employees benefits.communication lag in hr and employees, hr support only Regional manager concern about employees.No benifits for work this.
