Nothing to like about, who has worked here.

Please don’t join this company as the management is very poor. No payment for extra working hours, no holidays, no work life balance, work pressure is high and no market standard salary. HR is very poor as they put you in department where you don’t have that expertise. All the promotions and credit are given to the HOD. If there is a government holiday, then to compensate it, they call to work on Sundays. If you join, you will only regret if you have dont have salary 1.5l per month. No growth opportunity.

This company has adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of this team .

Compensation is decent, but sometimes work imbalance is shown. Government Holidays are not recognize here as holiday. So I slightly disappointed with this policy.

The work culture is dramatically different from before after the Leadership change. It’s all about work life balance and flexibility now.

While the work culture has improved there’s now a decline in opportunities for salary growth and promotions.

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.
