...t. Appraisal never happened in 2016 for all employees till mid level management. Boss asks for your salary and that's how you know appraisal is happening. Sales team does not know their target at all. Feedback in any way is not given by the supervisor. JD does not exist for majority of the roles even till mid-management level. Cherry on the top, HR has no say in whatsoever happens may it be breaking code of conduct.

Work culture is worse than so called govt. jobs. Lethargic team & zero career growth.

...k my company because teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.compnay policies are very good,they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is bond of 2year before which tuu you can't resign ..on the job training is not given to new joinees

The company and its teammates are good,supportive and caring in nature.I learned a lot in last 2 years and its salary its not attractive but its incentive is huge, work environment is very satisfied.

Personal alliances and hidden agendas often shape decisions, impacting fair treatment. 3. Isolation Tactics: There are tightly knit groups within the company that intentionally exclude some employees. This isolation can prevent access to meaningful work, pushing individuals to resign out of frustration. 4. Unclear Hiring Practices: It is unclear why such companies continue hiring if they plan to place new employees on PIPs and terminate them shortly after.

This is a very good company. Company culture is also good and all co-workers are very helpful and 24 hour salary system is also very good.And the company has a very good health policy

The company is good but the salary is not right as per the time, it is very less and neither is the incentive structure right
