Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.

Likes

Work culture is aggressive. Management is good. But if you’re a part of rural finance team (which I was) work life balance is difficult. Learning opportunities are great. I learnt a lot as a product manager.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Favouritism. Politics. Low compensation (2020 no hike was given to any staff, 2021 (5%-8%) was hike. Pay is not that great as to the market standard.

...IC. Work culture is good. Maintain office time's. Company policies is very good. They give good salary and hug incentives.

Career growth is slow. Holiday is not off office . Sunday is working day here.

There is a very political issue.salary is good but career is not growth and very slowly.I am 3 years working at l&t finance. Now company new require ment not joining.

The one thing I would say is nice about this place is that it provides equal opportunity to everyone, no matter if they are freshers. A lot of learning opportunities are there and they can get hands on experience at a young stage in career as well.

Dislikes

... You will never get a day off, not even Sundays. Weekends are off only on paper. They expect you to work 24/7 and provide very less pay for the work they make you do.
