Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.

Workload demands bachelor life even after Marriage 7. Preference given to employees belonging to South India, specially Tamilnadu 8. More Transparency required in Appraisal process of Performance Linked Reward, responsible for future growth like promotion & benefits

I like to do the work with Larsen and Toubro Limited ECC Division for good culture, job satisfaction, skill development ,motivate the people in Nation for good quality of Job. And also I like to do the Job with Larsen and Toubro Limited ECC Division because ECC Division work for pride of Nation and do the major prestigious and difficult construction work.

Dislikes

In same grade huge salary difference and yearly leave not transfer in next contract year, some facilities is not allowing the FTC grade employee but FTC grade employee also do the same type of job and take same risk.

Learning best Work culture best Compensation/salary -40% less from industry. Start carreer from L&T or take experience of this company and convert this experience into excellent compensation while changing.
