Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Salary will be on time and family accommodation will be given to married employees. Transportation will be provided by the company. For bachelor employees cook will be provided in their guest house for food, electricity, gas, accommodation will be paid by company.

Work life balance you will not get and promotion will be random not based on your performance.

Have rich ,proactive work colleagues & Seniors Salary Is always on time,and company has a very stable base.. And even the work pressure is very much people are very helpful and kind

Sometimes third party payments get delayed due to unwanted reasons.

...environment and culture. Messed up personal life. Management is not transparent. Company policies are sick, appraisals are fair and minimum salary hike. Only good thing is salary is on time and job security is there.

1.Salary gets credited on 28th of every month certainly. 2.The reputation of the company so that anybody can proudly say that " We are working in L&T" (Reality nobody knows until one steps into it)

1.Horrible Timings of more than 12 hrs every day 2.Appreciation given to those who stay overnights but not to deserved. 3.Being called on Sundays.
