Timely salary. Well furnished Batchelor room.

Dislikes

Working hours... 14 hours including traveling per day 6-7 days in week. Work pressure. Less Leaves. Also work in national holidays. High expectations less Supportive.

Salaries on time but Performance bonus is 3 months delayed It supposed to come in July months salary but It comes in Sometime September or October. Having big projects hence u will get more exposure to learn the things which develops ur confidence. System of handling vendors and procurement process are very nice. Payment of vendors good but sometimes delayed .

Dislikes

Strict timings, No Sunday rest , including holidays working. Promotion get delayed. Their performance rating system are very bad and generally PM doesn't follows the fair rating system. Execution peoples doesn't feel empowered to take any decision regarding vendor mgmt. Person growth are very slow and huges gaps founds in salaries and benefits in same cadre due to performance rating.

Timely salary, a lots of facilities, Good working culture, Oppertunity to do for varieties of jobs, Freedom to work, Job security etc.

Dislikes

Can't get time for Family, U have more leave balance but not able to take as a responsible person at site, Indirectly u have to forced to work in Sunday also and if u will take comp off- It's a crime.

Job security,on time salary and guest house and married couple house rent facilities.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good, work life balance is not good, No clarity of job role, Egoistic behaviour of staffs, Negative competition and unnecessary work pressure.

Projects that L&T does are amazing. Exposure to big projects is good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad. If you work here forget about your family. Salary is not as per industry norms either and yearly appraisals don't even beat inflation.
