And also I like to do the Job with Larsen and Toubro Limited ECC Division because ECC Division work for pride of Nation and do the major prestigious and difficult construction work.

In same grade huge salary difference and yearly leave not transfer in next contract year, some facilities is not allowing the FTC grade employee but FTC grade employee also do the same type of job and take same risk.

..., even working previous day's extended hrs working next day must attend on time. working on Sundays and holiday no compensation on leave. Monitory and Promotion growth is restricted. now a day unexperienced young generation is being promoted at future of organization. when it comes to Diploma Holder monitory and promotion pace is even slower.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
