I like to do the work with Larsen and Toubro Limited ECC Division for good culture, job satisfaction, skill development ,motivate the people in Nation for good quality of Job. And also I like to do the Job with Larsen and Toubro Limited ECC Division because ECC Division work for pride of Nation and do the major prestigious and difficult construction work.

Dislikes

In same grade huge salary difference and yearly leave not transfer in next contract year, some facilities is not allowing the FTC grade employee but FTC grade employee also do the same type of job and take same risk.

Always have a challenging projects, RIL, RPL, Shree Sathya Sai Hospital - Bangaluru, Earth Quake rehabilitation on Corporate Social Responsibilities, Mahatma Mandir, Seawood Project, Statue of Unity, IICC, Motera Stadium and Now, MAHSR Project. each projects has unique features, having various technique, methods and latest Machineries. with all these employee having chance of enhancing knowledge, experience, thrills and hard work also. it provides decisions making powers, etc

Dislikes

..., even working previous day's extended hrs working next day must attend on time. working on Sundays and holiday no compensation on leave. Monitory and Promotion growth is restricted. now a day unexperienced young generation is being promoted at future of organization. when it comes to Diploma Holder monitory and promotion pace is even slower.

Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Salary and benefits are pretty good when compared to other construction companies in the sector.

Dislikes

1) People working in HO will not care about the project sites. 2) Company posts freshers/individuals at HO who do not have 1% knowledge of how things work at project sites which makes site individuals work much tougher. 3) New policies are being developed and implemented without checking the feasibility/ground reality with which working at remote locations is getting harder day by day in this organization. 4) Unrealistic goals are given just to impress the higher management and same people will bash you for not achieving the targets.
