on time salary, lot of department available, Company Polies are good,

Appraisal System not worthy, Some one should take less benefit/promotion due to S_Cuve graph, not much hike % on every year, and also if PM decided the rating, Intermediate/next Superior will reduce rating even the person who meet ever with them, Client Management to be improved in time in all aspects, Lot of systems and Lot of processing /lot of auditing will time taking even though digitalized, Based on the scenario Paper planning never meet reality condition, Even Project Manager doesn't have too much powers to take decision making at site level for uncertainty works. Site people will never know about management figures because they r rudely hardworking abt in site itself. HR people not bother about how staff r staying, and other welfare.

Dislikes

1) People working in HO will not care about the project sites. 2) Company posts freshers/individuals at HO who do not have 1% knowledge of how things work at project sites which makes site individuals work much tougher. 3) New policies are being developed and implemented without checking the feasibility/ground reality with which working at remote locations is getting harder day by day in this organization. 4) Unrealistic goals are given just to impress the higher management and same people will bash you for not achieving the targets.
