Green campus with lot's of young culturally diversified individual in HQ, On time salary, excellent job security, if got a good team then work pressure will be relatively low, free lunch in HQ, if one is dedicated and loyal, can reach the highest position.

Dislikes

No work from home policy, No overtime whatsoever in HQ, Taking a long leave sometimes required very thorough explanation, Working engineer level benifits are less, more benefits are in managerial level, Take home salary largely depends upon apprisal hence more variable component in CTC, prospects of in house design in less, more focused on site execution and construction.

Salary will be on time.

Dislikes

No work life balance in this company. Not giving proper training to DET, GET or PGET. When any manager get any trainee he will use like any other employee not like a trainee. For PGETs it is a wrost company because you will not get any work related to your post graduation.

Likes

The kind of work and support from seniors is best thing you can get in this industry. You will also be supported to learn from external industries like IAStrutE, ATL and others.

Dislikes

Promotion and salary is typical as in every other organisation which doesn't allow an individual to grow personally.

It's the pay and the wide variety of jobs they have ! Which are very challenging!

Dislikes

As a fresher your growth is limited as changing projects is very tough and will impact ur ratings.. Also people there think working late means more effective! No work life balance

There is Job security. The company has strong fundamentals and the proactive top management always ensures a smooth running of the business.

Dislikes

...and job specific training for freshers can smoothen the overall work experience. Salary is decent, but can be a bit more competitive with the industry.
