Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Salary on time..and all facilities provided like house rent on time Rewards .L&T provided salary to all employees in pandemic time.

Nothing to dislike...As a construction company..L&T is provided all necessary resources to employees..

Green campus with lot's of young culturally diversified individual in HQ, On time salary, excellent job security, if got a good team then work pressure will be relatively low, free lunch in HQ, if one is dedicated and loyal, can reach the highest position.

Dislikes

No work from home policy, No overtime whatsoever in HQ, Taking a long leave sometimes required very thorough explanation, Working engineer level benifits are less, more benefits are in managerial level, Take home salary largely depends upon apprisal hence more variable component in CTC, prospects of in house design in less, more focused on site execution and construction.

People will know that you are working in a very prestigious company. The salary will be good enough & on time. That's it, nothing more to like about this company.

If I have options to give negetive rating for this company, I surely would have done that. This is a horrible place to work. This is the 1st company I've worked on after passing out from college. And have been working since last 6yrs. Absolutely nothing to learn here. The experience which I'm getting over here, I have doubts that which other companies are going to hire me. We used to work 7days a week, starting from 8:30am sharp in the morning to 11pm. People gets zero work life balance over here. It's just a terrible place to work in. I would never suggest any freshers to join this company & ruin their life.
