The growth for IT department side is slow when compared to other ones. my efforts went unnoticed at the time of appraisal previously salary also revised based on appraisal due to no retention amount was given and also no other benefits are given to staff under Tier 1 at cluster office no claim of medical bills or such as health is important aspect to all irrespective of cadre

Management / Quality Contol / Safety / Proper Billing both client & Sub - contractor / Timely competion of work within cotract/ Speed of work / proper execution & supervision & proper monitoring / Maintaining the work. proper guidance by client & project head. As per drawing specification all civil work done. staff salary & benefits/ sub contractor billing done within due date. So my previous company L&T construction was very good .

Company Transfer system For staff is very bad. once company will have to understand staff problem

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.

Salary only comes on 28th only one good thing remaining all worst condition. Only i will give EMI that's why i am here only.

Dislikes

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .
