More politics . Only few friends & relatives Running the company .so they are taking all the facilities and benefits also promotion .salary is low & there are no other salary benefits , time is not good at work in site

People are good and help full. Salary scale is good also. Moderate pressure is there. Some times internal training can get.

Dislikes

Company should be aware about the proper training of the employees. Job is also not secured right now. Not so much scope of career grows.no basis of apprisal. Hr are not co-operative.

Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Can't go to home on daily basis in 60km distance. JOIN L&T ONLY FOR HIGHER POSITION They'll suck out every single bit of your blood without thinking twice. Trust me I'm going through this hell..searching for anything other than L&T
