I'm working here as a RSW staff , So here our salary is too poor according todays generation, I need good salary packages . And second thing is about PL/CL , We got 6 annual CL , this is too underated .

Getting salary time to time , Company policies are good.

Senior most staff are expecting a good appreciation some money from contractors which I didn't like. One more thing is that those staff who are backbiting are benfitted

Decisions taken towards salaries/hikes/bonus(paper) amount. Inappropriate work culture Lack of recognition of efforts of employees towards the organization & undeniable favouritism.
