Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .

Working hours is more for staff working at site establishment.

Dislikes

L&T Construction have multiple Internal Company (IC). Few of them have regional Favours, mostly South which overall affect the culture of the company. It also affects the appraisal, promotions, increment for the rest of the employees.

Job security is there. Salary gets credited on time thats all.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance 2. Management do not look into the issue only blames on front line engineers 3. Appraisal system is bogus. Everything depends upon project managers mood 4. Politics is there 5. Staff welfare is getting worse day by day. Small small things they are unable to provide, nobody to look into this matter.
