Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Salary will be on time and family accommodation will be given to married employees. Transportation will be provided by the company. For bachelor employees cook will be provided in their guest house for food, electricity, gas, accommodation will be paid by company.

Work life balance you will not get and promotion will be random not based on your performance.

Have rich ,proactive work colleagues & Seniors Salary Is always on time,and company has a very stable base.. And even the work pressure is very much people are very helpful and kind

on Role employees get the decent amount of benefits as well as salary package and minimum amount of appraisal and promotions.

For Employees who is working on a Contractual basis has a poor salary package as well as benefits compared to same contractual basis in other organization

...environment and culture. Messed up personal life. Management is not transparent. Company policies are sick, appraisals are fair and minimum salary hike. Only good thing is salary is on time and job security is there.
