The only satisfaction is that you are working with a very large name. L&T. And salary always cones in time.

Dislikes

Work culture is poor. Generally 12 hours a. Day It may could be higher i .e. 13-14 hours with out OT. Even managers used to call at Sunday to attending the office or site. There is no such training program so that new comers are getting familier with L&T's systems.

Here job security and salary benefits are good. For a woman candidate this is one of the best company.

No work life balance, Average hike in salary (not applicable for all) No promotion due to internal office politics Big gap between what is actual in reality and what promised. No skill development scope (not applicable for everyone) No leave, no weekly holidays

Working hours... 14 hours including traveling per day 6-7 days in week. Work pressure. Less Leaves. Also work in national holidays. High expectations less Supportive.

Promotions and appraisal for safety engineers is very tough here to come up. Because Execution Project managers only giving appraisal rating, their first priority with execution team only...
