Working culture, balance between work & family were not properly maintained nor implemented for people who are deputed in project location. The compensation / Benefits were not reached to everyone. The decision were taken by Key Accounting Manager of the project. Hope it has to be taken care by HR team.

The company is best place to learn and provides excellent training to the newcomers. The company is open and ready to implement new ideas and focuses to deliver quality products to the customer. The customer relation & quality is the prime focus of the company.

You will learn a lot in this company. But salary is not too high for the less experience or DET or GET. Standards are quite high in this company when it comes to requirment. You can give a try

Compensation and benefit is terrible. Carrier growth and opportunity is also very slow. Appraisal policy is very much unprofessional. Management do not value an individuals' unique strengths. If somebody is in a slow track, he will hardly get chance to come back to the fast track and it is completely based on the boss's mood not based on the individuals' performance. Allowances are not at per the market situation. Hardly get any chance to foreign travelling.
