12 hr working with only 2 Sunday off in a month. Work-life balance is pathetic. Frequently transfer from one site to another. Always get a remote location.

Culture as a infrastructure company is very good. Our policies, EIP, internal system, monitoring methodology is best and helpful. Management in HCI IC is best. We have got one of the best BU and TFL Team with us. Opportunities are being for youngsters to shine and take responsibility. Client management is given importance. We take pride in doing it.

...ins me completely. One Saturday in a month can be off for Project sites also. Growth with respect to salary and appraisal is very poor. (Most of our top performers shift organization just for increase in salary). Work life balance with 12 Hrs of work is what it is.

L&T gives ample opportunity for everyone to explore their field of interest at the work place and doesnt restrict anyone to a particular role. Having a lot of experienced staff in all the departments spread across the site gives everyone access to gain knowledge from seniors and execute works in productive manner. In the current scenario where L&T is handling huge infrastructure projects across the globe, staff gets exposure to complex planning procedures and understand the nuances of handling big projects.

Inspite of having a good track record of paying salaries on time, i feel that the current salary pay and increment is not growing at par with inflation in the country. Unless the person has a very high performance rating, the salaries doesn't meet the requirement for staying in Tier 1 cities.
