Work Pressure is very high, forget Work-life balance. you are required to be at site a minimum of 12 hrs you cant go 10 mins early but you are required to stay additional 2 -3 hrs or whatever when it is required, there is no limit to it.Work environment is purely dependent upon your boss.

Its good organization to learn the System,Safety ,Speed & Hardwork. Salary & All park on time without any issue. Excellent care of Employees & their families by providing the Awards to kids to passed the all examination (10th ,12th,Diploma,Degree & all professional studies )as well winners in sports paying the fees & education cost for higher studies of emloyees. Free medical facility of employees after retirement for LIFETIME through L&T Trust. Excellent medical insurance & General Term Insurance for all employees. To provided Good semi furnished family accomodation to all employees while working at site. Free medical check to employees with spouse. Good opportunity to employees for heigher studies are sponsor by organization. Continue training to employees for their upgradation in knowledge & job satisfaction.

12 hr working with only 2 Sunday off in a month. Work-life balance is pathetic. Frequently transfer from one site to another. Always get a remote location.

Salary on time good salary but poor increment, office politics and poor management can ruin your future. Hr doesn't replies on mail and also not receives calls when needed.

Dislikes

Office politics can ruin your carrier and future. Very less increments, only bootlicker people get promotions and increments other wise stick to 5%. HR is least bothered to pick up your calls or reply to your emails. No job security for contractual employe.
