There's barely anything to like about the company as they claim to help people with mental health concern but I feel they are the ones who gives mental stress. Really hates my experience

Dislikes

Would recommend anyone the way employer made fun of my mental health when it had to be healed , or it required attention

Unfortunately for the company, the management is a bit off. Micromanagement, going behind people’s backs, firing them just because they see things in a different perspective. No wonder the attrition is high.
